  1. I’ve never heard of salt being used in a car to keep it dry, as it absorbs moisture there will be salt in the air ( bit like the seaside ) and I’m sure it would do more harm than good. Caravan though is probably steel chassis and wood and/or aluminium sides s less chance of a problem. The drying bags are good as they have a spot that changes colour and then you dry them in the microwave. I’ve got two small ones in my car you may need more or some bigger ones.

  2. Yes, I changed the other one after a year as I saw a special edition I liked. Old one had only done 3000 miles.

     

    So the new one is called Orange Edition, I've had it two years ( just serviced ) and it's only done 2,500 mile. Really nice car and it's 2 litre so a bit more fun :)
