  2. You've really gotta want to love a Dyson to pay those prices. Personally, I couldn't justify spending anything like that on his overpriced toys.
  3. I bought one, as the Yeti has struggled to start occasionally in the mornings (needs a new battery but it's getting traded shortly). Used it on the Yeti a few days ago and it started it fine (2.0ltr diesel). Mother in Laws Polo Dune has stood for about 3 months as she's away, so I went to start it. Battery virtually dead so I used the booster. Killed the booster in 5 seconds and still didn't start the car. I guess there's no substitute for a good sized booster pack rather than a small battery pack trying to act like a big boy, but for the odd cold start issue I think it's okay.

  5. Insert it as a link by clicking the "Link" button above the reply box where you're typing.
  6. Numatic don't do handhelds. Why? Because the very fact it's hand held would put it in the category of the one (and all the others) you've already tried. What they do do is a Henry cordless... http://www.argos.co.uk/product/6268011
  7. The Henry is the same amount of money, and is unlikely to need a new supply of electricity after 20 minutes. And it'll certainly out perform a Dyson handheld for suction power. However, and pointed out a Vax would also be a good investment, given that you also get the upholstery cleaning capability. I have a Vax 6151SX in the garage which I use only for wet work.
  8. And just think, a smaller less powerful Dyson costing a quarter of that is going to be only a quarter as good.
  9. Just buy one of these. https://www.amazon.co.uk/NUMATIC-HVR200-11-Vacuum-Cleaner-Bagged/dp/B00N3MDSDS
  10. Pretty certain it's a forum issue, as I've just linked a vid on another forum and it works fine, but the same vid here doesn't load.
  11. Doesn't look as though they're made in that size. None of the online suppliers are listing them, this site shows the range of sizes they are available in. https://www.oponeo.co.uk/tyre/toyo-celsius Click "Select the tyre size"
  12. In any event I'd go with winters all year rather than summers all year, if all seasons are not an option. The benefits of winter tyres in winter outweighs the minimal disadvantage of winters in summer when compared to summers in winter. Let's face it, you're not going to get stuck in the sun with the "wrong" tyres on, are you?
  13. Over the past few years I've had Avon Ice Touring (very good), Bridgestone Blizzak (very good) Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme (mediocre), and Nokian (excellent).
  14. All keys will require a transponder to enable the immobiliser. All keys will require a key blade cutting to fit the ignition switch. You'll have to have both those for a standard key. Remote keys will have "Lock - Unlock" buttons on the fob to wirelessly unlock and lock the doors if remote locking is a function on the car, and will also need a transponder and blade to start the car.
  15. I'm not certain that's going to fit., are you? Yours is a replica bodykit and the OEM one may be different.
  16. CCTV is a good idea in my opinion. If nothing else, you can check the coverage if someone kicks the car and the Police don't catch the person responsible.
  17. Am I alone in thinking this might just be a photoshop? Even the supposed manufacturers website doesn't list it.
