All standard except running non run flats

Any suggestion what settings I should aim for, for a car doing fast road and the occasional tyrackday

Can't seem to edit the post hence my own reply Just been out and check my current ride heights. Front 330, rear 325. This seems low as I seem to read that I should be aiming for 345 all round The reason for the post as the car seems twitchy, almost like bump steer

I am currently running a 2007 sport with Mazda eibach lowered springs. What should the ride height be and should there be a rake between front and back
