I'm looking for a fast road car, with maybe the odd track day...at the moment!! I guess looks are important at the minute! You can't have both in the real world.... Looks is one thing, performance is another..... You decide how we can help you. Cool! Yes, you're right!! I had an alfa gtv with 18" rims and 225/40x18 tyres...steering wheel was an optional extra!!! What wheel/tyre combination would you recommend for my Mk2 1.8 mx5? Regards, Paul

Hi there...I was looking at fitting 16"x7" wheels to my mx5...However, I have a chance of some cheap 18"x7.5" wheels 40 offset - Has anybody fitted 18" to a mk2 mx5, and if so, how bad is the ride quality, assuming you had 215/35x18 tyres fitted? Regards, Paul
