Hello all I've just had some new Michelin Pilot Sport's fitted to my Audi A3 after road noise problems. I came to check the pressures and found huge mismatch between what Audi says and what others say: Audi (car door pillar sticker): 2.8 F / 2.5 R Other (HiQ, Quickfit, online checks): 2.1 F / 2.0 R This is a massive difference. The Hiq chart (in the dealership) shows almost no tyres (incl all Audi, VW, BMW) with pressures over 2.3 Bar Surely the Audi pressure recommendation must be wrong? The trouble is that there's so much variation, either one is dangerously high or the other dangerously low. Ive got them set in the middle at present (2.4/2.3) Can anyone shed any light and/or advise me of correct settiongs (A3 2.0T Sport, 2009, 225/45R17) Thanks, Chris.
