Oh ok, unless them pictures are generic.. It has rear drop links ect so thought it would be independant.. I tried google the car but couldn't find the info

From the pictures online of the rear shocks it only has one fixing hole.. The front have 2 by the looks of them

I'm pretty sure it's independent rear suspension.. The koni struts don't come with any top mounts as you are supposed to reuse old ones with them altho I will be fitting new lemforder oem mounts. Here is a link to the kit I'm getting if any use:

Ok that's great thanks, do you sell these parts if I was to just bring it Up as I dont have a clue what I'm getting tbh!! I seem to remember it having a very small amount of adjustment. Is it just fronts or rear aswell?

I'm looking my car with koni str.t shocks and H&R springs. I'm just wondering if i am going to need a camber adjustment kit for my car Before I come to you to get an alignment done? It's a 2010 mazda 3

Yeah I will probably give them 1 last go and see what happens, if no luck I will try and find somewhere with a road force balancer or something.. What do you charge for alignment check/adjustment and balancing?

I think i will reduce the pressures a bit, as does seem fidgety with 36. I looked at the weights and your right, only 1 row of weights, so much for their precision balance lol,I wondered why I should need this as surely the balancing should be done precisely anyway!
I've found that after getting more miles on the car the wheel is becoming more weighty and centred so hopefully it's just a running in issue. May get it aligned at some point tho if i can actually find a place in Kent that can do it right :/ these eagle f1s deffinately make the car so much quieter as the mazda does have a lot of road noise.

Ok thanks, they look really flat with 33 so I put 36 in them.
The alignment machine the car went on showed all the alignment as ok, maybe WIM would be better to have it done. I'm not sure how they balanced them or even if they can do it with the other way, I'm sure they could tho as it's a big company! All I know is thay called it a precision balance

They done the balancing apparantly I had a precision balance upgrade (f1 autocentres) They checked the geometry ad they said the back end was slightly out but still within limits

Hey, merry Xmas everyone!
I had my new tyres size fitted yesterday 225 45 17 eagle f1s, I was wondering what tyre pressurei should now be using? It ran at 33psi all round on the 205/50/17.
Also the steering is now not centred and it vibrates from 70-80 and unstable feeling. Would the bigger tyres accentuate a misalignment?

Hmmm, I don't understand why all the tyre places I approach are saying they are dubious about putting them on.. I contacted f1 autocentres who said they would fit them but they don't think I should use that size... They have the best price at £328 for all four! Perhaps they just aren't as knowledgeable as you guys!

Do you know what kind of effects it would have on the drive? Better or worse? I'm hoping it will put a bit more weight in the steering as find it a bit light at times

Hmmm so maybe 225 would be best depending on whether it will clear wheel arches etc

Will the 215/47/17 look ok tony? Don't want them looking to small!

Hi,
My mazda 3 2.2 diesel comes with 205/50/17 XL tyres, this limits my choice of tyres quite a bit and puts the price up! I was wondering if fitting 225/45/17 or 215/45/17 would be ok?

I had my car aligned a few days ago following me lowering it thinking that if I pay decent money I should get a good job. The steering wheel is off centre to the right and doesn't feel all that stable. The garage have basically said its not their problem and might get better in a few thousand miles. Heres a link to a copy of the before and after print out if anyone has any idea?
