"Stop......Hammer Time!"
-
absolute nutter! I don't think eccentric quite covers it
-
There are some terribly scary scenes coming flooding in of the sheer power of this blast. Its strange to live in a time where you can see an even as it happened from the perspective of a witness
-
you could almost see everything working perfectly together as he dropped the hammer at the start!
-
New wheels please and hop to it!
-
its been deleted :-(
-
surely some of them did! I cannot imagine how the average sized human could fit in the space left inside any of those super crushed cars!
-
I think the other way round, the top pic is probably an archive pic for the property and the second pic is current. The plants have grown in the second pic which is why I think its newer, but I would still say someone has blotted out the sky to hide the pilon..... a no no in my book
-
I wish they had gone into more detail at some stages but still its a great insight into how my favourite car company does things.
-
looks to be just its patterning, nothing to suggest its shopped from my perspective
-
Nope, she doesn't mind. The neighbour originally came to me and suggested I put the car on her drive instead of parking it on the road. She lives alone and doesn't drive so thought that having a car parked out front would dissuade criminals from thinking the house was empty. My parents still live next door and she is a good family friend who we have helped out quite a bit over the years so I think she sees it as returning a favour, which works for me...... although I do very much intend getting the MR2 over to Ludlow sometime soon, feels weird being 25 miles away

They have made astronomical advances in safety tech at Nascar, crumple zones and catch technology with the fences to contain and reduce the energy of the crash. Unfortunately it has all be due to the loss of drivers lives but for the greater good of the crowd and current drivers safety
-
certainly not on the same scale as these but I took my MR2 off the road about 5 years back and its still sat on my neighbours drive 25 miles away from me. If I don't do something soon I can imagine it ending up like your cars!

I also know, looks like a nice little setup, I'm guessing its a DIY setup rather than a kit?
I own a couple of bits of kit that could be turned into something like this

High atmosphere ice crystals? as the setting sun is obscured and then visible the light might be refracting through the crystals in swaying patterns. Naming the video cloaked UFO is a little presumptious of technology being envolved rather than it possibly being natural. This world is a wonderful place and I always prefer to think its natural before extra terrestrial :-)

I call *bulls****. Theres a few things that makes me believe that the video is edited. When the drone hits, the wing tip suddenly becomes perfectly in focus and crisper than the rest of the wing, despite all the footage leading up to the moment being equally soft and muted in colour.

He never saw it coming!

can you expand a little on what exactly you would like from the forum as a response. At the moment we don't know where you bought them from or why you are telling us about this purchase other than they are different to the ones already on the car.

The thing is that the virtual side is fully possible and so is the integration of real world assets to virtual spaces, the problem is there are many many start up companies posing these ideas but have none of the technology to achieve it, much like the Virtuix Omni that you posted a few weeks back (the virtual reality rig for moving around) they all use several devices from existing equipment sets and claim to have created something new. Now I may be alone in this but to me that's taking credit for someone elses hard work. yes if you have put some creativity and expertise into one facet of the product it shows prospect but to advertise something as a branded product when you actually only created 10% of the package is kind of naughty in my eyes

the performance version of the model s is something else
-
The man is pretty much the real world Tony Stark (ironman from marvel comics) He has literally dedicated his life and everything he has to improving supposedly impossible tech for the betterment of all of us. The guy is something else, if you ever have 45 min to burn, this is great expose of the man

This is a concept video promoting a possible product that they are calling "the void". The idea being that instead of just the virtual reality, you would have a tactile real wold with the virtual overlayed on top. not quite augmented reality and not VR alone. Its a great concept in my opinion for experiences, or laser tag like scenarios, but it is all in the "lets drum up some interest" stage or pre-development. All the cgi bits of the video are just placed videos to demonstrate the potential of the idea....... so no, we haven't gone too far........yet
they do have a funky website though
-
I think that's a cheap attempt to copy this video just to get views :-)
-
im not entirely sure... but I would be scared for you if I had said yes!

My dad use to coach rugby, he use to take me along to watch when I visited him and the guys were always such warm and friendly people despite being huge mountains of men. I can easily imagine being that kid
