NickT
I would go with the operator not putting the correct car details in the computer before starting....... Or it was a fail because Tony or the Wheels in motion team weren't doing the geometry :bananapopcorn:
Tony
Good but no in both counts...... Lets think weight, not corner weight mind :bananapopcorn:
NickT
Adding weights to the seats/ footwell before doing the geometry check? (car dependent) My wife's vectra c had to be pre-loaded with 70kg in both front seats (I think) before the check was done. Mind you wouldn't the car data show that this has to be done? Tony
In order to narrow the focal point the operator made a vital error during the castor swing........ Why and what?
scorps
He only read it with no adjustments were made...why?...or was it just too see how quickly it could read and print out. I was going to say that the make of vehicle needed weights in the front but Nick beat me to it.

adam_r
having the door open would not make enough difference to alter the results would it ? t'is. took me a while to notice. Why's that then? Must shift weight on suspension which sqewes results.
Rich
Yeah but surely the doors aren't that heavy it would make too much of a difference? :bananapopcorn:
phipck
its the levering effect which amplifies the doors weight, the more open it is the more it will effect the weight distribution.
