A walk along the Grand Union Canal

Can't believe this is just 5 minutes from where I live, we drove and parked near the canal (was abit too far to walk) and then walked 2 miles to the pub for a pint and back again. Took the camera and got a few photos B)

Did you skip past the word 'drove' to the car park!! It took 5 minutes to drive there from where I live. If I had walked there from home it would've taken at least 30 minutes. Although you can walk to the nearest part of the canal in 15-20 minutes.

I have no problem with walking there from home but the missus suffers with siatica so that would be too far for her. Like Parthiban said why walk along the streets when you can do the canal. Although it does run behind the sewage works, which stinks when you're near it!!
