jammy
I've had spring sets from apex before and been quite impressed with them. I've just found some apex RDX coilovers in used condition with bilstien rear shocks and springs to suit my astra.. Look to be in good shape although they are from an astra G but pretty much every thing is identical under the body so I'm pretty certain they will fit all be it a top mount change to make them fit mine
Tony
Are they damper adjustable and what about top mounts.
jammy
I think they are just hight adjustable and I have brand new top mounts but turns out one damper is screwed and needs a refurb, I've spoke to apex and this is something they no longer do
Tony
Can you risk fitting them if there's issues.
jammy
No that's why I've been trying to find somewhere to refurbish them. Apax do not do refurbishments so no point buying these
Tony
Be careful.... It could be easy to get someone like GAZ but all you will have is shiny s**t.
jammy
I've had gaz golds on many of my pugs and thought they was good tbh. If I buy anything I'll just buy a cheapo set of coilovers off ebay for now but no work no dolla so no new shiny bits or a replacement work car for me atm
Tony
Be sure of the coil rates and make sure there damper adjustable.

I only use the car for very local journeys very occasionally etc... Barry ....
Tony
Sadly even companies i approved give random results due to their turnaround of staff. So what we called "trusted centres" I dropped the project.
