WOW!! My car now drives like it’s brand new. The guys at Wheels In Motion in Chesham were incredible and total perfectionists. Tony and Joe, the alignment technicians spent most of today tinkering till the alignment and the drift to the left was completely eradicated. 2 camber bolts fitted and a control arm replaced after a botched job by a so called Merc specialist corrected, bolts and alignment adjusted till it was spot on! Car drives like it’s brand new. If u have the same issue I had... go see these guys. Well worth the 5 hour round trip!!

Cannot thank you enough. Total professionals and technicians that care as much about their craft as much as you care about your car

Thank you for reporting back with the results..... Sadly it's easy to complain but very few take the time to reward.

Your car was a particular challenge due to the condition left by another companies total, belligerent ignorance that even left Joe and myself gob smacked....

Our dilemma was safety and results..... Our solution was far from cheap but it had to be absolute. Between us we knew what we needed but the chassis condition was right on the fine-line of success. We both knew you travelled a hell of a long distance, and we had once chance to serve you in a fashion you expected born from online recommendations.

Challenge excepted :D.... Jokes aside manipulating the geometric forces collectively was difficult with an added influence of a pneumatic drift which can only be realized once the chassis condition was corrected. 

In truth your type of calibration keeps us alert and on the pulse, so a positive result is nothing but rewarding.

I will explain the technical issues but since there maybe legal consequences due to the other companies conduct I'll have to sit on my hands for now.

What i can say is the owner was new to the car and unsure if there was a pull left.... Normally with the MB there is. But anyway there was a light NSF kerb impact resulting in replacement of the lower wishbone and control arm. This might read more than a "light" impact but a 5mph hit on a full lock will bend alloy arms easily.

I will post further updates as and when I am in a position to do so. Conversations need to be had today and until those have taken place I cannot comment any further on other locations and their workmanship... or lack thereof.

What I will say is that Tony and Joe worked tirelessly to deliver a fantastic result and kept me informed throughout the entire process. As a side note which I didn't mention on the day, the car has significant personal and sentimental value to me due to a bereavement in the family last year so the cost was insignificant to me, therefore it was extremely important that it was in the hands of people who knew what they were doing.

As stated earlier, my drive to work this morning was a pleasure and not a battle. It feels planted and solid and glides along the motorway like its on rails.
