Tony
Not the normal horror i display but a horror nonetheless. What happens if you hit a brick laying on the road carelessly discarded from some idiot builders Transit van or something along those lines...... What happens is £475_ VAT for a new wheel and £190+ VAT for a new tyre I really felt for this owner because what are the options.... Use the insurance excess, claim and blow years of no claims or take it on the chin and pay up?..... But the most annoying thing about this is there's no one to hit. You can't even vent some anger! Rich
You'd think it would have driven over the brick, vans are always bumping up kerbs. I guess they were going pretty fast to have ripped the rim like that.
Tony
I would have thought the brick would have crushed before splitting the rim.... Just bad luck i suppose.
