I received an email from blackboots to come back to your place and get a refund. Seeing how you are approaching this I'm not expecting you to admit fault in an open forum anymore so let's consider this discussion closed here. I don't wish my bad experience to anyone as I'm sure nobody will be happy with it including your many other customers forcing your business to kind of struggle at the end of the day.
