jon
Hi Guys, As you helped us develop it I thought it would only be fair I post the news up here first. Tyre reviews - http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk has officially been launched today with some great new features and a slick new look! The biggest new feature is the tyre reviews by car. For example, if you were keen to see what tyres worked well on a MR2 Turbo you'd browse to http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyres_For/Toy...2-MR2-Turbo.htm see a nice overview of the data then see the reviews broken down one by one. Once the site has a large amount of reviews in this data will be invaluable! In conjunction with the launch there's a competition on the site, all you have to do is submit some reviews to enter and you could win some great prizes, including a free alignment from Mr Tony Bones himself! More details of the competition can be found here: http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/submi...-advantages.htm Thanks again for every ones suggestions. Feedback is welcome as always. Jon PS: Please feel free to start new threads on your other car forums (not pistonheads or evo please, I'll be doing those). If you do start a new thread I feel it would be wise to link to the car brand page (ie http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyres_For/Lexus/ for lexus) and encourage people to fill in reviews so it will be useful for their motors in the future! Ahmet
I think the other design was better ! You know, maybe we could interlink the two sites together .....
Tony
I think the other design was better ! You know, maybe we could interlink the two sites together ..... Indeed.... There is a distinct relationship between our topics.. A link could improve visibility for both sites.

There is a distinct relationship between our topics.. A link could improve visibility for both sites. Certainly a distinct possibility in the future and one of the reasons for creation. For the initial launch I'm trying to leave it as impartial to get peoples trust. PS: You seriously liked the other design better? The basic boring black?! Ahmet
Yes mate, i preffered the black one. This one looks like a freebie mambo design
jon
I'd not come across mambo templates before but I can understand why you think that. Unfortunately all "web2.0" / fancy blog style sites have a common look, similar gradients et al. It'll end up everywhere soon.
