parthiban
Well passed the mot today , its first , no advisories and really low emissions, the later kind of stings even more when i have to fork out £485 to tax it this month Particularly when stuff like my Ferrari only cost £285! Tony
Why is it so expensive?
parthiban
Why is it so expensive? They created 2 extra additional road tax bands (L and M) after 2006 for cars producing over 225g CO2 - as my car is pre-2006 it just sits in the "over 225" category (band K)
liner33
Right been splashing the cash First off a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports , front and back , not cheap but helped with the £100 cashback from Michelin Just ordered some Eibach 25mm spacers to fit all round , the wheels are quite tucked in and look even worse with the new tyres as they have more rounded shoulders than the Bridgestones Also front and rear whiteline sway bars and drop links on their way After its all fitted a trip to WIM to check the geo
liner33
Oh and one of these , no-one will see it but it looks cool and has a window in it for the oil change so you dont need to remove the whole thing each time
Tony
Every time i see your car it looks better and better.... Your right about the spacers but are you also fitting them on the front?

liner33
Its not so shiny today , but here they are all fitted Steering is lighter and its more prone to jumping about over bumps so think the camber has been affected but looks mean for sure
Tony
Looks superb...... The camber isn't affected directly but the front tyres contact patch position has been moved away from the lower pivotal point.... Adjusting the camber can direct it back so it's not end of days.
