  1. Should probably clarify it's an NA MX5, I'll be fitting a set of GGP and booking in with you for a setup when funds allow. I've been using 185/60 14" Falken ZE912 for a couple of years have found them pretty average in terms of grip, not too bad in the wet, quite high wear. Difficult to be overly harsh on them due to my knackered dampers and less than optimal geo! The 15" wheels I intend to fit currently have a mixture of Chinese brands (difference of 1.7kg between the lightest and heaviest!) so it's a blank canvas. On my last RWD (MG F) I had GSD2 which were fantastic but no doubt they've been surpassed years ago!
  2. Thank for the fast reply Tony, fast-road without it being overly harsh. I had a standard ZS a while back which I found was pretty much the right balance for me in terms of ride, I know it's talking apples and oranges compared to a 20 year old MX5 though!
  3. Could anyone suggest some initial settings for a set of GGP for an MX5 NA (using NB dampers/mounts)? Aiming for a pothole sympathetic height and damping without turning it into a 4x4!
  4. I'm going to need to replace some 15" tyres soon (195/50) and wondered what the current opinions were regarding the best for a RWD Roadster? Usage would be primarily "fast road" B road driving or speed bump ridden town driving, I don't envisage any track days.
