  1. OK thanks for the advice Tony.. will be in touch about a set up after bushes are fitted :cool02:
  2. What would you recommend then Tony? I presume with the subframe moved forward there is no other way of increasing this another half a degree.. would it be worthwhile fitting the adjustable poly bushes to the wishbones and getting another geometry set-up done?
  3. OK sorry for the delay but finally found the print out so scanned it earlier and here it is. Car has done around 8k since adjustments were made and I also had new tyres fitted at the same time which now need replacing due to wear on inner shoulders as they are now bold Any advice much appreciated before another pair of tyres go on for the up and coming M.O.T Thanks Andy
  4. Hi Tony.. unsure of what it was before the adjustment was made but I still have the finished print out if that helps. I will scan it and post it up later on Andy
  5. Yes that's the ones.. just sorted my link! Car still has the original wishbones fitted to it but was going to get a spare set and make them up beforehand with new ball joints as well. I was told when the guys did my geometry that the inner shoulder problem was related to castor and that's why they had to move the front subframe forward?? So was thinking that maybe these adjustable bushes would help also.. or am I going in the wrong direction?
  6. Hi All I have had a set of Powerflex poly bushes fitted in the rear subframe of my ST220 since around 40k miles and recently found out that Powerflex now also do poly bushes for the front wishbones with the rear bush also having castor adjustment built in. http://www.powerflex.co.uk/products/Mondeo...%29-2410/1.html Anybody had any experience with these yet? The reason I ask is that I have been suffering from front tyre wear on the inner shoulders on my ST220. I visited WIM back last year and had my geometry set up (front subframe had to be moved forward) Had a new set of tyres fitted and since then the wear has dramtically reduced but is still there. Wheels are std 18" alloys, the suspension is standard and car has now done 60k so I was thinking of replacing all the front suspension bushes to eliminate any wear and tighten things up. Cheers Andy
