P4UL T
Oh my days, I didn't watch it all but maybe they couldn't, maybe it was the stop c**k he was trying to change? It almost looked like they were expecting it as they had the wet vacs ready
Rich
If it was the stop c**k they were changing can't the water be turned off at the street first?
Tony
I thought there would be an in line valve to close and even if there's not he should have turned on every cold tap the relive the pressure.
liner33
I saw this apparently the stop c**k was elsewhere in the block of flats and he couldnt access it . Landlord wanted it done quickly and cheaply so guess he was disappointed
Tony
Blimey only one stop c**k in the entire flats.... Talk about zero redundancy.
NickT
Sad as it sounds, I always wd40 and operate the stop cocks in the house/ garage every year just before winter to make sure they do move and work. In the garage I've put a secondary in-line stop c**k and a drain down valve as a precaution.
