The car is a Smart with a not uncommon complaint a broken front coil

Book time was one hour due to the fact the headlight needs to be removed because the turret is behind the lights

Problem we had if the whole front clam needs to be removed to remove the lights

Due to the location of the damper top mount nothing would move the nylock nut, we couldn't use heat, air tools no good so we needed to cut the nylock nut

In addition to removing the clam we had to remove the aerial but guess what..... It was stuck leaving us with the only solution to brake it

All in all we lost out time wise and had to pay for items we had to brake :thumbsdown_anim:

What a poor design. Didn't you explain to the customer it might take longer than the book time?

Couldn't really since the customer agreed to the price, adding more could read misleading.

Well if anything we learned by it but it's a costly lesson though.
