liner33
Yes the Fabia , the Superb is being traded for the fridge I mean Prius I'm going back to driving the family car again
adam_r
When is mine arriving ?
P4UL T
Nice cars those. I've driven a few. I'm currently eyeing up one of those with the exact same spec as a replacement for the Mondeo ST. Unfortunately I can't afford new so it will be the mk2 around 2011/
Rich
Is this the 2L petrol? Just looking at the spec and it's got alot of torque, should pull well?
liner33
Yep , can be remapped very easily as well , same engine as the Golf GTI Should be similar on fuel as the Fabia which does about 36mpg on average
parthiban
Very nice, like the wheels! Is that basically a Golf GTI in a different body then? If so should be a hoot!
liner33
Yeah pretty much 0-60 in 6.8 and 154mph top speed. I wasn't going to go for the black wheels , I'm not a fan plus diamond cut wheels tend to corrode easily but figured since I was going for the tinted glass and black pack (Which blacks the front grill, roof rails and wing mirrors) then they would suit better Got a good price through Carwow, local dealer wouldnt do a deal but one in Southampton gave me about 10% off, plus they are on 2.8% apr finance at the moment so made sense Octavia mk3 vRS TSI DSG Estate in Race Blue VRS seats with grey piping 18" Gemini Anthracite wheels Metallic paint Sunset glass Temporary space saver spare wheel Black design package Columbus sat nav Canton sound system Heated front seats Variable boot floor Acoustic parking sensors front and rear Heated washer nozzles 2yr warranty extension 3 yr maintenance plan

P4UL T
Can't it be refurbished?
Sagitar
Tough outcome Liner. You must be gutted. Many years ago, I picked up a new Rover Sterling from the local dealer, drove it about a mile to the local shopping centre and parked it for about 15 minutes. When I returned to the car, someone had scraped a vehicle all down the side of it and driven off. The driver was never found. Even now the memory of it makes me so angry. There is something about damaging a brand new vehicle that is so upsetting. You have my sympathy. I hope you get it sorted out to your satisfaction and that you manage to put it behind you better than I did.
