I'm sure that the Slow Loris is nocturnal (hence the huge eyes) so it's normally only abroad in the dark. I believe I saw one at Gerald Durrell's zoo on Jersey some years ago and that they kept it in a blacked out enclosure.  They move very slowly and quietly and do not have many predators. I think some of them also have the facility to spread a mild venom over their fur to keep predators off.
