2006 honda accord Geo' issues?

Recommended Posts

2008 is the last of 7th gens in the accord series.

With a 7th gen its all the usual honda'issues'.

Adjsutment bolt on rear suspension seize. But removing and greasing solves this.

Overall they are a fantastic car.. Are you after a petrol or diesel? And tourer or saloon?

Old cruiser.

The accord was built in japan, and unfortunately they decided to save some money by not putting as much grease on all the bolts as they should have done.

I would wait until your about to take your car in for a full service, then whip all the bolts out 1 at a time and give it a good douse of coppa slip.this will make sure everything stays free whilst you own the car :).

Lucky you they are a lovely car....... Geometrically they are sound as a pound, Honda got it spot on.

Thanks Tony and good to hear that from the master lol I will probably get it down to you in a couple of weeks or so as looking at the tyre wear on the front would suggest the alignment is out somewhat.

Cheers Pete
