Tony
Saving grace would have been the wheel stopping the caliper lifting..... Bad HOTW though.

Tony
p**s poor trainee workmanship for what is deemed a simple job. Quality control wasn't an option here then!

Tony
I shudder..... QC takes seconds and the customers are delighted to see it, so this kind of blatant disregard in a critical area damages all our good work and faith from the public who struggle to trust us genuin operation's in the first place! I'm very careful not to name and shame in HOTW for various reasons, namely everyone can make a mistake that's why we have house/ car/ phone insurance. The intention of HOTW is to cure the ignorance and expose error's like the one displayed. We are both horrified by this example, it's a life threatening manslaughter situation that seemingly and thankfully wasn't answered..... Nevertheless i have to bow my head and wonder how such a critical error within my own industry still exists?........ It's not right!
