So what's the point?......

We went to a couple of displays over the weekend which were really good, I don't think fireworks should be sold to the public.

On Sunday night someone a few houses a way must've spent a fortune as they put on a really good display, it was almost like a professional one and they were very loud. I bet there were a few unhappy pets at that time.

Our dogs were fine with fireworks but I know some who were terrified and would get in a right state :(

Yes but the noise from others won't help and anyway if the pets are that bothered why buy then at all.

That's rather like saying "Everyone else is going to speed so why shouldn't I?"

If someone has pets and kids, then soundless fireworks are a great idea. Kids get fireworks, pets don't get scared.

So... "Everyone else is buying noisy fireworks so I might as well too. Even though my dogs go apes**t with the noise it's pointless buying silent fireworks because everyone else 's fireworks will still be making a noise anyway." Is that your logic?

As for indoor fireworks, I suspect you haven't actually bought these particular ones and set them off in your front room, have you?
