khurmit
Hello Tony, So since those early days of IS200 ownership, I've progressed through to a 335i, and am now the proud owner of a 2015 BMW Competition Pack M5. I was about to slap on some spacers (12mm front, 15mm rear) and wanted to book the car in for a full geo setup afterwards - do you agree that I'll need it? Also, there's very little on t'internet about F10 M5 uneven tyre wear - have you come across any issues, and if so hopefully you have a solution? Thanks! parthiban
Very nice! How's the M5?
Tony
Hello and talk about car evolution You won't read much Online about tyre wear because it shouldn't be on run-flat tyres........ Spacers at the rear are not really an issue but be warned the rear toe and camber is adjustable meaning even BMW knew it would move over time As for the front it really depends on how it drives? If after fitting the steering feels wayward then yes the camber will need adjustment but again be warned because the front has very little natural adjustment. khurmit
Haha evolution indeed! At 1st the M5 didn't feel that much faster than my 335i (well, not £40k faster anyway), but having had it a week now I've realised what a brute it is! I'll fit the spacers on Sat or Sun and post an update - I've booked alignment at WIM Chesham on Fri 2nd Sept 11am. parthiban - My friend put it best when I took him for a spin - "what a machine!!!" Tony
Be sure to mention the spacers when you go in....
parthiban
parthiban - My friend put it best when I took him for a spin - "what a machine!!!" I can believe that - always been a fan of the earlier V10 M5 due to that engine but the F10 just seems to have moved the game on so much more!
